How long will the repair take?
If all parts are in stock, we will repair it the same day it arrives.
What is your turn around time?
Our goal is same day, but sometimes it’s the next day.
Is there a hold until my check CLEARS?
Yes, 3-5 business days. Preferred payment is credit card or USPS Money Order.
Do you have step-by-step directions to remove my cluster?
Yes, for the 1999-2007 GM truck and SUV line. If yours is different, we can walk you through the process.
Is my mileage affected when you rebuild my cluster?
No, all we are replacing are the defective parts and repairing broken solder contacts.
Can you roll forward or back my miles?
Yes, but only for odometer malfunction or corruption. We will do this only with a signed odometer statement by the owner of the vehicle. If you are looking to adjust the mileage for financial gain, that is odometer fraud, a federal crime, and we will have no part of it.
The PRND321 and odometer is black on my 1999-2002 GM truck/SUV. Can you fix that?
Yes, this is a very common problem especially in the 1999 & 2000 year models.
I have a 2003-2007 Chevy GMC truck/SUV and the gauges don't work. Is the repairable or do I need a new cluster?
Yes, it is repairable. Give us a call and we will give you all your options.
Will the mileage upload to the cluster when I plug a new cluster in?
No, the mileage that is in the cluster is what will be displayed. Most cars don’t have a secondary mileage back up. All Dodge, Jeep, and Plymouth cars and trucks from 1996 do have a backup of the mileage in the BCM (body control module). Some will upload but most will not. Don’t assume please ask.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship around the world! (With cleared US funds). We will not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria, without prior written approval of the U.S. Government.

Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes. We stock the complete GM Truck and SUV line of clusters for exchange.
How do you ship?
We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS..
Is shipping refundable?
Only if the shipping carrier refunds us.
Do you sell stepper motors?
Yes. We will sell one or one thousand, whatever quantity you need. We carry the XC5.168, X25.168, X25.579 and X25.589.
Can you set my miles to a cluster I have bought somewhere else (i.e. Junkyard, internet, etc.)?
Yes, with a completed and signed odometer statement.
Can you correct the back lights on the Mercedes Benz clusters?
Yes
How long is your warranty?
1 year on new clusters and exchanges. 30 days on all others.
Can you locate a cluster for my car/truck/SUV?
Yes, just complete the cluster locator form and in most cases, we will have a price for you within 2 hours.
Can I drive my car without the cluster in it?
In some cases yes, but we STRONGLY suggest you don’t since you will have no way to monitor your speed or the amount of fuel in your tank. It is at your own risk and Florida Speedometer will not be responsible for any loss or damages in any way shape or form.
Do you have extreme expedited shipping services?
Yes, we are a verified shipper with Delta Dash Air Cargo and can have a cluster on the next flight out to you the same day for an additional fee. (Depending on working hours of Delta Dash Air Cargo).
